Tomato Bisque

This ever-so-creamy Tomato Bisque is packed with that classic tomato soup taste and made creamy with the help of cashews. there's even some red lentils blended into the mix to add a bit of protein to an already delicious soup. We love having this with Sourdough bread grilled cheese using the Vegan Mozzarella.

My favorite wholesome soup, this lemon-thyme lentil soup is hearty and fresh, and so filling from the multitude of veggies and lentils. This soup has everything you need, no sides necessary, but we also do love dipping in a slice of fresh Sourdough bread.
