Raw-nola Muesli

Not crunchy, chewy. It's a bit of a weird concept at first, but this chewy granola made of oats, dates, and cinnamon is mixed with lots of crunch-filled toppings like walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. It is fiber-rich and packed with Omega-3-rich foods that make it an incredibly healthy, while sweet-tooth satisfying bowl of cereal. We love topping it with almond milk, banana, and fresh or frozen berries.

Tofu Scramble

I wouldn't necessarily compare this to your typical scrambled eggs, but this tasty and protein-rich breakfast is sure to satisfy your savory morning breakfast cravings, while giving you a big dose of veggies first thing in the morning. We love this with hot sauce, or the Vegan Mayo mixed with ketchup as a sauce, with some oven roasted potatoes as a side.

Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

You would never know these fluffy cinnamon pancakes were vegan, let alone made with 100% whole wheat flour! There's nothing like splurging on something that tastes delicious but also IS nutritious and full of fiber. We love these topped with Walnuts, Bananas, Frozen berries heated up in a saucepan until hot and syrupy, and of course, maple syrup. All you have to do is add the 3 wet ingredients (Plant milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla) and start cooking these up!
